Charlie Florance has worn many hats in his working career. A psychiatric technician, cabinet maker, 4th grade teacher. But it was in Pendleton, OR, 1987 that he began his insurance career. 10 years later he asked his son, Steve, to join him and the rest is history. Charlie and Pan have a home they built about 7 years ago in Manzanillo, Mexico as a winter retreat. When they are not relaxing on their porch and enjoying their garden, they are making trips to town to the internet, or are lounging at the beach where Charlie rides the waves on his boogie board.
