Shannon Timm

The friendly lady that answers most of your phone calls is none other than Shannon Timm. Shannon joined Inland Northwest Insurance in August of 2013 with no insurance experience. Shortly after joining the Inland Northwest Insurance team, Shannon decided to jump whole heartedly into insurance taking the required Washington State insurance classes. After completing her classes, Shannon took and passed the rigorous insurance test. Shannon wears many hats including, answering customers billing and coverage questions, social media marketing, generating company reports and keeping our management system updated and running smoothly.
